Dan,
just went through your slides, already a comprehensive story
I think, one key factor for success of the different approaches and initiatives in the US is the consistent orientation towards transparency – transparency of data and transparency of results. This is clearly originated by the legislation you mention, like the Government Performance Results Act. Maybe you could emphasise the relevance of transparency a little bit more in your slides. For me, transparenc is the prerequisite for user/citizen interest, his will to participate, to collaborate and to use eGovernment offerings.
All the best for your presentation,
Rgds
Thomas
(we met at the German/US CIO xchange at Falls Church in spring)
Good point, will take a look later today (or on the plane later on).
